Philadelphia, PA — Scheer Partners Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Kyle Bartleson has joined the company as an Associate, bringing a strong foundation in biology, hands-on healthcare experience, and a disciplined, team-oriented approach to his role.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude, from Saint Joseph’s University in 2024, where he was also a member of the university’s NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer team and a multi-semester Dean’s List honoree. His academic and athletic background reflects a high level of discipline, collaboration, and performance under pressure.
Prior to joining Scheer Partners, Kyle gained practical clinical experience as a Medical Assistant at Schweiger Dermatology in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where he supported physicians and staff in patient care, clinical procedures, electronic medical records, and healthcare delivery workflows. He also engaged in extensive observational learning within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, observing and analyzing more than 25 sales calls across multiple therapeutic areas. This experience strengthened his understanding of B2B sales strategies, account management, competitive positioning, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
