Before joining Scheer Partners, he built a foundation in commercial real estate as a Broker with Unique Properties, creating strategic solutions across sales and leasing transactions. Jack began his career at CoStar Group before joining Newmark in Denver, where he contributed to more than $500 million in transactions, including record-setting office and life science deals.
