Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore areas, continues to grow its work force, announcing today that it has brought on board one new staff member and promoted an existing employee.
The Rockville-based company has named Sheila Allentuck its Director of Lease Administration. In addition, Scheer Partners has appointed Sara Martinez, a Marketing Coordinator with the firm, to Assistant Property Manager.
Allentuck’s primary duties as Director of Lease Administration include auditing and reporting accounts receivables, covenant compliance and lease abstracting. Prior to joining Scheer Partners, she most recently held several positions, including Accounts Payables Clerk, for recruting and staffing firm Randstad in its Germantown office.
As an Assistant Property Manager, Martinez has a range of duties, such as updating tenant and vendor filing systems, creating master tenant and vendor contact lists, and serving as the point of contact on numerous intiatives for tenants and vendors, as well as building engineers.
She remains the Marketing Coordinator, collaborating with the firm’s brokers to plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives for the company’s own portfolio as well as its property listings. Martinez, who has worked for Scheer Partners since 2007, also handles marketing efforts for Montgomery County’s Shady Grove Innovation Center.
