Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services for the health science industry in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has named Nate Crowe senior vice president, director of landlord services.
Crowe, most recently a vice president with the Rockville-based company, began working at Scheer Partners in 2006, with a specialization in landlord representation in the Montgomery County submarkets of Bethesda, Gaithersburg and Rockville.
Over the past five years, he has focused on tenant representation throughout the local market, having negotiated lease transactions totaling more than 600,000 square feet of laboratory, medical and office space.
He possesses a keen understanding of the complex facility needs required by health-care providers, and that expertise has enabled both Crowe and the entire Scheer Partners staff to expand their business within the medical community in recent years.
