Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services for the health science industry in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has promoted Matt Brady to senior vice president.
Since joining the Rockville-based company roughly a decade ago, Brady, who previously served as a vice president at Scheer Partners, has successfully completed transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet of industrial, laboratory and office space with an aggregate value of more than $100 million.
Over the years, he has represented some of the largest and most well-known biopharmaceutical and health-care companies in the local market, along with numerous other small and medium-sized businesses that stretch across a range of industries.
He has extensive experience executing complex technical projects through his offering of services such as acquisitions, brokerage, financing and strategic planning consluting.
“For the past 10 years, Matt has consistently grown his client base and demonstrated, time and time again, how integral he is to our team,” says Robert Scheer, the founder and president of Scheer Partners. “I’m extremely pleased that he is now a senior vice president with the company, and I look forward to working with him for years to come.”
As part of his expanded duties with the company, Brady will play a key role moving forward in the development of brokers that Scheer Partners has recently brought on board. The firm added eight professionals over the past two years, with more hires expected in 2013.
