Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners has added another professional to its growing brokerage team.
The Rockville-based firm, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore areas, announces today that it has named Aaron Gambini a commercial leasing associate. In this new position, he will concentrate on leasing flex and office space to businesses and other organizations primarily within the Montgomery County submarkets of Gaithersburg and Rockville
Prior to joining Scheer Partners, the Northern Virginia native worked for the Calabasas, Calif.-based ValleyCrest Landscape Companies, the largest full-service commercial-landscape company in the country.
As an account manager for ValleyCrest in Woodbridge, Aaron was responsible for managing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of properties. During his time at ValleyCrest, he facilitated over $1 million in enhancement sales to his existing customer base. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked in client service for Meadows Farms Nurseries in Manassas.
