The tenant, Global Building Acquisitions, was seeking a relocation facility to store and distribute their building materials. Seeking high bay warehouse space, drive-in capabilities, covered outside storage, truck accessibility, substantial parking for their vehicles and over an acre of land made this requirement extremely challenging. The lease secured long-term sustainability for the asset and brought the property to 100% occupancy.

Recent owner of newly acquired building had an end cap vacancy located on I-70. Scheer Partners brought in a nationally known tenant, United Refrigeration, Inc. to lease the space with a short time build-out and a long term lease.

Scheer Partners leased up a 31,000 SF vacancy by splitting the warehouse off Gude Drive for K&K Floors and Tesla Motors for long term leases. The tenant paid for most of their tenant improvements.

Scheer Partners represented the Landlord, SJS Wildewood SC LP in the recent long term lease with Bed Bath & Beyond at the Wildewood Shopping Center in California, MD.
