The Construction Management process is increasingly challenging due to the clients’ internal and external constituents, technical project requirements, changing building codes & design standards, schedule issues, changing governmental approvals and requirements, and today’s complex and eroding capital markets.
The Scheer Partners team will act as a point of coordination between the client and all governmental agencies, consultants, contractors, and engineers as well as internal and external constituents.
