Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has negotiated on behalf of Shanghai-based Top Alliance Bioscience a 3,672-square-foot lease at 9430 Key West Avenue, a 57,638-square-foot building owned by Danac Corporation.
In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Henry Bernstein represented Top Alliance Bioscience, which is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and currently has a U.S. office in San Francisco.
“Top Alliance Bioscience desired to establish a laboratory/administrative office in the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center area, where this property is located,” Bernstein says. “This area continues to emerge as the ground-zero destination for high-quality life science companies in the region.”
“Top Alliance Bioscience was searching for a location where we could conduct our cancer drug research and development. Scheer Partners was able to locate the ideal space in the ideal location,” says Bo Chen, CEO of Top Alliance Bioscience.
