Rockville, MD – Fueled by strong demand for its comprehensive services, Scheer Partners continues to expand its work force.
The Rockville-based company, a leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services for the health science industry in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has named Kevin Rosenberg a commercial leasing associate.
In this new role, his responsibilities will center on securing new leasing business among health-care and medical entities that reside along the Interstate 270 technology corridor.
Prior to joining Scheer Partners, Rosenberg served as a financial adviser for about six years, during which time he worked for two of the largest brokerage firms in the D.C. region.
As a financial adviser for The Meltzer Group and The Insurance Exchange, Rosenberg primarily focused his practice on helping business owners comply with new U.S. Department of Labor regulations concerning ERISA-covered pension plans.
Earlier in his career, Rosenberg worked as an account executive with HSBC, where he achieved top-producer status in the Washington area while identifying suitable mortgage products for clients.

Rosenberg’s hiring by Scheer Partners comes as the company remains in an expansion mode. Currently with a total staff of 20, Scheer Partners brought on board four new professionals in both 2011 and 2012, and it expects to add even more people in the coming year.
