Landover, md --- Scheer Partners, a regional full service commercial real estate firm, announced it recently brokered the sale of a 51,000-square-foot warehouse/production facility in Landover, Md. for $4.5 million.
Henry Bernstein, Ken Fellows, and Jovi McAndrew represented Rockville, Md.-based Shapiro & Duncan, one of the Washington area’s largest mechanical contractors, in the transaction. Shapiro & Duncan will utilize the building, located at 6300 Sheriff Road, as a production facility.
The seller of the facility was Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. The sales price was $4.5 million.
