Transactions Include 51,000-Square-Foot Sub-lease to Novavax
MONTGOMERY, COUNTY, MD --- Scheer Partners, a regional full service commercial real estate firm, announced the recent completion of lease transactions totaling 88,000 square feet in Montgomery County’s Biotech corridor. The transactions include:
- Novavax sub-leased 51,000 square feet from Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (HGSI) at
9920 Belward Campus Dr., Rockville, Md.
- Ken Berkman with Scheer Partners represented the sub-landlord, HGSI, in the transaction. Stearn Realty represented the tenant.
- Advanced Vision Therapies leased 19,000 square feet at 9 West Watkins Mill Rd., Gaithersburg, Md.
from AREE.
- Ken Berkman with Scheer Partners represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.
- Cato Research leased 12,000 square feet at the Johns Hopkins University Campus, 9605 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, Md.
from New Boston. Ken Berkman represented the tenant.
- CoGenesys, an HGSI spin-off company, leased 6,000 square feet at 9430 Key West Ave, Rockville, Md.
from Danac. Ken Berkman represented the tenant.
