lanham, md --- Scheer Partners, a regional full service commercial real estate firm, announced it recently brokered the lease of 20,300 square feet of office space at Maryland Corporate Center, 7404 Executive Place, Lanham, Md., as well as a 7,700-square-foot tenant lease in Greenbelt, Md.
Jeff Groves with Scheer Partners represented the landlord, CRP Holdings, A.L.P., in the transactions at Maryland Corporate Center. The transactions include:
· WINS leased 11,306 square feet;
· CTC Inc. leased 2,909 square feet;
· ExitSource Realty leased 2,591 square feet;
· The Austin Group leased 2,073 square feet; and
· CJ Lending leased 1,350 square feet.
