Upper marlboro, md --- Scheer Partners, a regional full service commercial real estate firm, announced it recently brokered the sales of six flex condominium units at Keystone Business Center in Upper Marlboro, Md.
Keystone Business Center, located at 1001 Prince George’s Blvd., is a new 42,000-square-foot flex condo project being developed by Hollins Partners.
Jeff Groves, David McClatchy, and Charlie Dukes with Scheer Partners represented the landlord in the transactions. The team has been marketing the project on behalf of the developer since its inception. Currently, only three units remain on the market. “We fully expect the project to be sold out this summer,” said Mr. Groves.
The new condo purchasers include:
- Zancan Press, which purchased two 3,000-square-foot units for a total of 6,000 square feet.
- MAT Real Estate, LCC – 3,000 square feet
- Maryland Crime Victims – 3,000 square feet
- A & A Keystone Investments, Inc. – 3,000 square feet
- CCL Holdings, LLC – 3,000 square feet
